Cons are:

Lost 6 str cap (but with buffs I still reach 352 with 15 stat creation and aug str 2)
lose 4% melee damage

Pro's

Slightly better resists
Includes Venom so no changing for poison

Somebody pointed out to me that I get 10% melee damage which was quite obvious really after looking at it.

3% from the legendaries X2

So only losing out on 6 str cap
