Never seen this before...

Woah :s never seen conjoined twins like so...

I think if ever i seen anything like that in person, id freak out more than likely... Looks like they're alive as well.. :s

Have to look on the bright side, if she ever loses one head then she has a spare. Wonder if they could have kept the spare head alive somehow so she could keep it in a closet and talk to it like in Red Dwarf.

She's pretty normal compared to that baby with no face that was in the news a while back :/

Manar's second head was capable of smiling and blinking
would it have been able to talk etc in due time is what i want to know, if it could have lived that is. but when i think about it probably not since it doesnt seem to have any lungs.

You're right, I doubt there was any lung tissue in the stump below the head, but I'd love to know what there was. It is possible that there was a formed larynx (voicebox) and the start of an oesophagus etc. That's the problem with these stories, they never really tell enough.

It is heartbreaking, it would appear that the twin was capable of it's own thought processes, but relied entirely on the the little girl to fuel it. From a bodies point of view keeping a brain healthy and fed is pretty intensive stuff, and trying to run two may not have been viable in the long run.
