2 % cast speed rings

Hey Iam needing a 2 % cast speed ring for my new template and well ring of torrent is a great ring with 10% and 11% in 3 resists, problem is just that I dont really those resists...
So if anyone knows some other rings than RoT, Nimbuz and scorpion tail ring with cast speed plz write the stats on them here .

to my knowledge i dont know any 'famous' aka normalrate drops with cast speed, but theres lots of other possibilities to get some on other spots, or u can use scorp tail and if ud only need 2ù u can drop another item and replace by higher uv/other bonus

and still cant get 10% ? ;o
scorp tail 4, so 6 left and boots of rebirth are usually taken thats 4 left, ml7 shield pretty popular aswell so 2% left, and got plenty of slots to get it from, so not that hard to fix it in

Just keep in mind that most items have gone through a nerf so check the stats a second time on some other site, still a good site to spot them on tho.
