I already have 1 daoc account, and want to buy a new one, thing is here in spain daoc isnt sold in shops, so my question is if there is any way by GOA website (european daoc), to buy a new cdkey, so dont need to buy a new box.

yup, only way is to get a new copy of daoc

Yup new box needed. However you can only buy the Camelot client with SI, and save ToA till account 2 is more closer to 40+
