Bizarrly never owned a chipped console despite owning consoles for the past 10 or so years and now own all 3. So does this mean that any talk of chipping on FH is banned?

I think its the fact that he was sellind modded consoles WITH 80 pirated games pre-installed on the harddrive. What a prick, selling them via a website as well. What did he imagine would happen?

Punishment is shit though. Surely a large fine should have been bought against him as well?

I'm sorry - but surely the fact that he was a pirate was the main reason for the conviction rather than a modchipper.

I'm pretty sure that if he just provided a chipping service without the HDD full of warez he would have just got a warning.
