you can fall off the edge of the keep and land there... it's not an exploit as you don't need any kind of bug or anything to get there and you're pretty vunerable to any form of attack except direct melee..

Not exactly my choice of spot to defend a keep tho hunters & scouts would have fun shooting you over a prolonged period while you can't drop off cos you'll just get mangled by the fighters

I dont have a problem with people who get there by accident but when the start takening advantage of it it gets me kinda pissed.

And you ever tried x-bowing a mage ? No exactly a fast weapon so you`ll get interupted 100%

Very true but if there wasn't someone behind you able to hit her (which by the way you can be hit in that spot, so not an exploit in the truest sense ) then that's not her fault, only your groups whom i imagine were either too busy aeing/hitting/staring at the doors/scratching their arse. All i can say in that situation is bad luck, and a little of the *cough* to eldy

No, with this they mean things where mobs can't hit you, and where that luri is standing, you can be hit, you just have to go up the wall first, there's a ramp inside to get up the wall

Df x-bow = 3 secs drawtime, 2 secs when your buffed. I think thats fast enough to interrupt most casters.

clearly you guys don't know how interrupts work...

after you attack someone they are interrupted by you for as long as it takes til the next time you could possibly attack, so if you have a 2.0 spd crosbow you interrupt for 2 seconds per shot, with a 3.0attack speed you interrupt for 3 seconds per attack. since gwyneth was already being nuked by eld he wouldn't have been able to start shooting due to being permanently interrupted no matter how fast his own bow was..

How about Albs jumping up and down on keep walls to get a target, then DD'ing, is that an exploit?

Despite the fact you can see your target in 1st person view, you can still get 'target not visible' msgs. For Luris this is probably (i''ve never tried it) a more acute problem.

So, you jump onto the battlement wall to try get a target, but oops you jumped too far and fell off.

Now do you a) hand-up, sorry my fault -I'll fall all the way now so you can just kill me, or b) think 'crap' i'm an easy target and won't get any heals coz healer won't have LOS?

It's an accident, nothing more. And you really can't expect someone to just fall off again so they'll be hit by melee.

It's not an exploit as the lurikeen can be hit. Note: Can be hit doesn't neccessarily mean by melee (or we'd have OMFG he nuked me from a keep wall, HAX!!!). What I'm wondering is, why didn't you run out of line of sight? I'm mean seriously "oh look I'm being nuked, I'll stand here and take it..." not exactly the most sensible course of action.
