1rp gained ?

Is there some bug in game that makes players give only 1 rp for killing another player in rvr?
Reson i ask is i killed a gilded spear "Celt bard" between svasud and Mjoolner Faste today, and i was rewarded only 1 rp and 0 bp's.
i need to mention that the fight was very long, as the bard could outrun me after i was mezzed a cuple of times, he had time to heal up aswell before i got to him again. Can that result in such low reward for the kill?
i wont mention the name of the player here if some abused bug have been used. . . or it is simply as a result of factors involved before the kill.

Umm think i read somewhere that if you engage mobs in frontiers it reduces your RP count, cant remember if it was a specific mob or a bug. I would do a search but i am hungover still... uke:

actually i think its to do with pve and rvr if you get swiped at by a mob i think it resets your rp's its a bug i thinks because when hibs run from ligen to emain they normally go past reamon a stupid orange giant that has massive agro range and somtimes pops blade turn or you have to kill him and this will drop your rps down so when you kill that person they have 1 rp.

Dont understand all of it but thats one of the reason for it.

it could be that peeps are finding new out of the way rebuff locations because all the known ones get jumped. And if your in the middle of high mob spawns whos going to come and poke nose in
