Thats why I don't do set price crafting

if I have to make a MP I do it without any orders in between. So I stay on track for the MP. Worked best for me. (So no trinketing, small orders etc.)

excatly what i did, got lots of order while i was working on the jerkin, but didnt do em coz with my luck i would get MP on first try on another item , and it wasnt a fixed price set, just that i feel so bad for the person so i gave him a fixed price on just the jerkin, btw still no MP, 200 retrys atm

Well retry cost on those is well under 20g, at least its not chain/plate with retry costs more like 120g

200 retries happens - dont think Ive ever gone beyond 300 - yet!

If u doing a MP order finnish it before craft anything else and dont log relog etc....finnish it.

Maybe that could have something to say.
