1109 patch bug?

Yo!

Anyone else suffer from not having the TGA's for the sky in this new 1109 patch? Mine have been removed for some reason. Does anyone know if u can copy em from 1108?


At least the spec mode is ace now with 1st person view

1)

There appears to be a flaw with the new patch which basically is there are a bunch of gfx files missing in TFC maps showing up nothing but a white sky and a few errors in the console.

Heres the apparent fix...

Extract all the GFX\ENV textures from the pak file in the valve directory into the tfc directory using this tool below:-

the damn upgrade keeps saying i'm running 1.5 ffs so i'm gonna have to d/l the whole 1.9 patch.
anyone else had this trouble (btw i am running 1.8)
