quivna uses the alchamist dmg add.. its a charge.. lasts 30 seconds which is enough to win a fight or at least get the upperhand

Btw TS drops a 11 dps dmg add PROC wpn, quite nice when it procs, feel like a ranger wif envenom each time I see the luvly red aura on me

I don't think a dmg-add tincture as proc exists - at least I haven't seen it on that galladoria drop-list yet
