The crashes on Sunday and following unavailability of the English and German servers were of course most unfortunate. As we said earlier this week, it seems it was a failure in the network. We have decided to give all the affected players one day of free gaming time, for the day they lost the 16th, and we offer our apology for the inconveniences it caused.
