1.88 Vista mini patch - weird .tmp files

First time I logged in after the mini patch I came online and everything was fine. After relogging I get a message to accept some weird .tmp files

cam36BB.tmp
cam715.tmp
cam607B.tmp etc

Anyone else have this?

Also noticed that I cannot get MOUSE3 to work as push to talk in Ventrilo while running DAoC after this mini patch.

Don't now about the mouse button (using TeamSpeak) but i have the same issue with the tmp files.
