well.. had PH before and tbh didnt really use it.. oO

No PHN , RoD etc... so lacking utility imo

what is the "etc" for? cant really find anything really needed..
And for ROD, i've played with my sb for some months now, and tbh i never use RoD.. maybe once a week when i'm bored and just wanna look for something fast.. But usually i never use it... Same goes with PHN, had it, didnt use it :x

why wouldn't you use a 75% style damage reduction charge? makes no sense to me :X

I just forget to use it.. and got so many other stuff i use aswell.. AF charges, haste charges, SoM etc...
