Usual steps are something like :

1. 1.82 goes into test on Pendragon
2. 1.82 goes live in the US.
3. 1.82 gets bugfixed.
4. Once Mythic are happy with the bugfixes, they give GOA the files to get translated.
5. GOA translate files and send back to Mythic.
6. Mythic build Euro 1.82.
7. GOA test Euro 1.82.
8. GOA put Euro 1.82 live.

Step 1 isn't finished yet. I don't think there is anyone on this planet who can guarantee when 1.82 goes live.

kinda - don't think 5 happens, GOA just translate the files and test the international version of 1.82 (which goes back and forth)

Clearly we wont get 1.81 before 1.82 (thank god). I imagine 1.84 will go live around the same time as 1.82 goes live here.
