This change is only for clerics.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

-Cleric's smite spec has got it damage greatly increased.
-Cleric's insta PBaoe mezz got it's timer decreased, now it's 10 seconds.
-Cleric's insta PBaoe damage line (Drive evil) has been changed to a 2.5 second PBaoe, and got it damage equal to wizard's PBaoe.

umm. Aren't Cleric's a support class? It looks like they're more of a damage dealing class now ... Don't know what spec line these are in, so correct me if I'm wrong.

1.62 is hib luv patch so not even in keeping with the patch. Albs got their uber boost, now they are overpowered realm till next patch again.

Next patch, Mid nerf and hib love ( wonder why, hibbie still uber realm )
Then a series of useless patches.
2006 three players still daoc, maybe mid gets love.
