I havent completed it. Since last step is bugged. But a FG got the items etc.

I rightnowed it and got stepped on to step 12. Then completed it. You get 3.4 billion XP (I think, kinda useless tho as it;s a level 50 quest) and about 10 gold.

Yes, Excal has at least 1fg who completed it. I was there and our group didn't have aggro and thus not completing it.

Won't complete the quest probably. Got my SC-armour worked out and completed, no need for the OM-items.
