1.49 on Gorre - a warning

Just so you know BEFORE you log on and are disappointed: the Brocelliande, Avalon and Excalibur databases being used to test Gorre for 1.49 are the same ones they used to test 1.48 - ie. they are from about a month ago, so be prepared to test DF at a slightly lower level and with somewhat fewer ITAMZ than you might have been expecting.

GMs said on a french forum that the databases would be refreshed with the most recent data for 1.50 testing so we will get all our nice realm abilities to play with.

Nope, not true. At least not for the Avalon DB as the chars i made and played there like 2 weeks ago are just like on the real Avalon.

Aha, I did not read the thread far enough. When Gorre first opened, it had an old Brocelliande database from pre-1.48, and a GOA CSR told them that the database would not be updated until Gorre was testing 1.50.

But when they logged on later, the database had been updated.

So, never mind.
