1.40 released - any chance of a BW server now?

I doubt anybody even comes in here anymore, but still...

1.40 patch has been released. Dedicated server readme is here.

Please review it, admin-type peeps and see if maybe a BW server could be reconsidered?

They've done utterly FUCK ALL with the dedicated server. In fact they've made it worse; it now can't be run on NT. We still can't use it. I'm emailing them yet again.

Yes ofp does not work on NT4 because it wasnt made five years ago.

Thanks for your efforts, Natrat. Can't believe they've knocked out the most popular server OS (maybe Linux, but beside the point).

I'm getting ADSL end of the month so I'll have to host my own, I guess. :/

Look moron calling someone a pensioner isn't exactly an insult, I'd love to stay at home watching TV all day whilest recieving a state pension, chances are that when I retire it'll be private pension or nothing. When you retire state pensions will be dead and burried. So at present they lead better lives than us.

Yeah, this guy cropped up when 1.30 was released. He said he wouldn't take 'no' last time but I still don't see any BW OFP servers.
