They are indeed updated. I'll just post here what I said in the RtCW forum for people who haven't yet upgraded...
The new Version 1.31 patch is backwardly compatible except for the MP_Ice map. As such, to play on the BarrysWorld servers you'll need to upgrade to Version 1.31 to be able to play the full rotation.
The patches are available below,
Wolf_Update_131_full.exe - this will update players from versions below the previous 1.3. This also contains the optional PunkBuster component.
Wolf_Update_131_lite.exe - This patch is for players upgrading from Version 1.3. This patch does not include the PunkBuster component.
