Every item apart from the cloak is a quest item ( jewel and necklace come next patch) so easy to get. and use a spare pair of cloth boots with +8 env on to poison. make sure its cloth boots with +env, Ive purposfully removed any +stealth env con or hp from the boots so your less vunerable when poisoning and if there cloth it makes it easier to see what boots ur wearing
