False info. It's called Klosverd Bracelet and gives +3 h2h(hand to hand), 2 Parry, 10%slash, 10% Heat. This one good for savagers(will be using this bracer after my feature savager gets to 50 )

Actually, this quest is in from the start, just people hadnt figured out all the prerequisites until 1.59 hit the US servers and Mythic gave a few hints A link was provided to a complete walkthrough in a healer SC armour thread a while back.
