Please change the title to include Masterlevel 2 or ML2 so people know what raid it is

Ze fine print

Unlike my previous raids i will claim one item per ML.

I suggest you put this at the top rather than the bottom so people don't skip past it and get all pissy when you Claim the nice items

dont make much sence at the top i put it with the lotoing and loot split which most people skip to
in bold to ephasise the point

Generally i dont claim unless i need it, keeps most people happy that way

oh another thing (this the just advice...its your raid etc so your rules)
Your Loot groups seems kinda stupid
You have Jewelry in one group and Weapons/armour in another.
just some advice but Alot of people think rogs are only good for salvage
So try including instead of weapons/armour/Jewelry maybe add Static drops and Rogs

They arent imo, and the loto on big raids goes a hell of alot quicker.
I destory rogs unless that are 99% or mp or have particularly good stats

Im sorry, i was under the impression they were there for ml steps :eek6:

Chron is the No1 ML raid leader on Mid Excal, everyone is happy with his rules and he does all MLs the fastest most efficient way possible. If he hangs around here, those who benefit from his raid will certainly see why his claiming one item is the least of their worries. Ive been on about 10 of his raids, everyone a complete success.

Looks like you were wrong?? 50% of the people attend for the ML credit and log as soon as the raid is over, the other 50% notice an item they need for there template dropped and stay for the lotto. On other raids, people attend purely for the chance to roll for an item (Like the ML7.10 cloak or ML5.10 ring)

and 99% are happy with the raid leader claiming on a ml raid, bar ml10 ofc which is just a zerg fest so i dont claim on it and discourage others to do so

Oh i'll give you a prydwen example of Claiming loot

Malev needed the ML9 Scout leggings and was leading a ML9 raid
Instead of claiming them when they dropped, he Lottoed 25plat instead.

run the raid then if you dont like it so much, ill be happy if you do.
Saves me the time and effort sorting the pre-raid items, coming early and leaving late so people are in the bg and lotoing is complete etc etc.

End of the day i run these because people want the steps not to stroke my ego, if someone else does it i really dont care. Saves me the effort

no, kitting up my cleric who i have lvl'd almost completely solo to 40 due to lack of grps on a server where half the alb population will ignore you completely. If that half dont show up to my raid i would be glad.

I NEVER have taken drops to sell on CM's/for profit simply because if i really needed the money i would transer it over from excal.

So tell me where does greed come into it?

if you wish to claim a certain item you *need* how about you look through loot lists for each ml raid and decide if anything will drop. Then you can say in advance .. if this drops i will claim it. instead of just saying ill take a single item per raid where noone knows what this is or even what you're after.

Will resolve some of the confusion, especially if you look at say ml7 .. 7.10 cloak is wanted by many people but is no use to a cleric. If you were to specifify beforehand that you have no intrest in the cloak and only wanted this other item from a list of possible ones ...

you get the idea anyway.
