Billing pages down?

Managed to get on once and got my card regected :S
now im stuck in a loop
when on the billing page says
goa said:
Youre invoice is currently being processed
Went to my inbox and clicked the link but got the following
goa said:
We are sorry, your transaction has been refused. In about 20 minutes you will receive a mail that will enable you to once again access the secure payment site to finalise your order
so the e-mail doesnt work so i cant access my payment ;/
anyone else geting similar? or has a solution, already emailed subscriptions@goa etc.

i have the exact same problem. So i sent a email to right now and they replied with this:

Dear customer,

All you payments have been effectively refused, we are sorry about that.

We have transmitted your query to our accounting department in order to solve that as soon as possible. It is advisable that you avoid trying to pay before we get back to you because you may block your card.

Thanks for being patient.

so i have been wating just over a day for them to get back to me

Might it have something to do with Gorre?

i am on gorre also but dont think that would effect the billing system, or would it o_O

What did you do to get it work?

Did you use the link from the mail or did the invoice msg on the login page dissapear?

Ok, if you had read around a bit you would have known that the invoice message will disappear every day after midnight (0.00AM) and you can try to pay your subscription again...I think this is some kind of protection when you have entered a wrong CC number or try to pay with an invalid Credit Card.

ok. managed to pay the account and all but when i enterd the account i got
(u dont have acsess to this game) logged me out and now my account is closed :/ any one who knows something i dont?

I haven't been able to pay DAoC for 3 weeks now or so.

any news on how soon goa gona fix that pointless link i get in email ? if i understand right it should be my invoice but i just get an empty invoice without completed details so merchant site can not process it :mad:

Yup , same loop for me ... All I wanted to do was change it from Direct Debit from my bank account to a Credit Card ...

However , now im in the loop ..when i log into account i get -- "cant validate account invoice being processed" and then getting emails with a link that when I click sends me to a 20 minute blocker page...

I sent an email to goa subscription support and all they have done is sent back a copy of my email I sent them with a breif note saying "Customer support has received your incident and will respond to your request as soon as possible." ... but have done nothing ..

So thanks GOA for making it nice and easy for me to change my preferd method of payment .. NOT! goa assholes. :puke:

i get account closed when trying to log in (with about 1.5 weeks left before i have to renew) and i cant acually find a page that states if the acciunt is still active or not (like on the old page) but really cant be arsed to try to sort it... too much grief just waiting for them to answer...

and trying to renew before the period is over doesent work either btw.. i never get to the page where i enter the CC info... press validate and nothing really happends.

seeing they(GOA) dont reply here or the mails to subscription,they probably dont know what to do,or dont care.
I have been waiting for over 1 week for the fekking invoice thingie to go away so I can open my account again

im in the same boat

i got 5 accounts and 2 are stuck in the loop with being turnt down and having to wait 20 min, it has been over a week now, and im dreading geting any more emails saying my other 3 accounts will soon expire, i have sent an email to both right now and have recieved the same reply, and one other email saying if they dont hear from me they will take it the problem is resolved when they have not done anything about it anyway.......

Givf back my main account before i lose my cottage....

i take it if we dont get back on in time and we/me lose cottages they will give them back with all contents

It did, i clicked the link i got in the mail and the problem came back
Waited one more day skilled the link and went straight to the daoc-europe page paid that way.
I had posted on rightnow and they responded by the second day, so not sure why they havent got back to u

i have now got 3 accounts stuck in this loop, 1 BB mid, 1 BB alb and main account Alb all inactive due to this problem, and RIGHTNOW is the biggest waste of space, i posted them a question and they said they would look into it, but if they had not heard from me within 48 hours they would think it is solved ?? so 2 days later (while im waiting for them to get back to me) they put question down as solved ???? DUH is it not the other way around i waiting on a reply from them so until they give a reply how the hell can it be solved ?? so i resent same question and now the icon shows as billing, wonder for how much longer until they decide it is solved again with out them doing anything ???? :(

Yeeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaa

not sure if goa sorted it, but im back online with my accounts, what i had done was complain complain complain, but what i think made the difference is i used a different pc to go to the sub page and pay for it as normal, i got a feeling that it is my other pc that was playing up, becuase no matter how many times i tried i always got knocked back, anyway tried my wifes laptop and TAA - DAAA im back on :) :wij: to the wife lol even thou she did do nothing
