This cottage is being spot 798 on the famous Old saruman region,no troublesome neighorbours,this is the place you always dreamed off but could not afford.

But now it going to change,I'm selling my house but for what price? 5 plats maybe? nah 3? nah, Just for 1 platina,this is your lifetime change.
Also has spot for merchant so you will save over 1.5 plats easily on this lifetime oppurtunity.
