well, i make a guild 1 week ago name Flower Power, us problem is the next day that we make the guild, when we conected see that we have payd a house but we haven´t bought one, the following problem was that when we conect the next day do /gc info and we had 471k OMG xD u can go duskwave and see how much 50s we have xDD. well Today Xogen conect and want go housing for see he problem of us house..... but he port to housing and go Alb housing XD, dunno why but he pop at alb housing, later rhamadent goes too and go to alb housing and other 50 go and teleport to alb housing, why? dunno, we can get and answer and comunicated to a Gm, we have shoots but dunno where can we send or contact with Gms of camelot.

oh and u need to log a rightnow with GOA for this kind of thing..anything that allows access to another realm they are pretty quick to jump on once notified

Cam-europe home page down the left side under rightnow [iirc] login with ur GAME login and open a new ticket for it

could be something to do with the guild cean out, your guild might of been give an ID number of an old guild or something. While the ID number may of be fladded as being free but not remove the ID from other stuff (such as charachers and houses). Just a guess

Be carefull tho, you can be banned for this. You are not allowed to enter another realm's inner zones. It may be a bug but GOA have banned ppl for less ^^

True to a point. I can see the attraction in sightseeing, but we will take a dim view of people going to an area they shouldn't be. In this case it's completely not their fault but should anyone find themselves in a similar situation they should suicide immediately on a guard or enemy player and report it straight away.
As it happens this particular issue has been fixed.

Write to them and say u want ur 8g back it took to make the guild, hihi. And additional 300 if u had a emblem.

We did fix it. Unfortunately to fix it properly we had to delete the guild in the process - otherwise the next guild to use that ID would have had the same problem.
There was also an email sent to the address registered in RightNow explaining what we had done. I know because I sent it approximately 3 minutes after I'd fixed the problem.

well i have just go to right Know and haven´t got any answer about my problem, status of Mail is Waiting, well time to answer me said in the web are 2 days 3, and haven´t got answer yet, requiel dunno where is the answer that u say.

Well i will ask u here my questions and i hope that u can answer here or to my mail, can we get the same name for the guild?, i think we will get the same bug, the bug was fixed?, why didn´t advise my?.

I am very angry with this, becouse i lost my guild, well i know that had bug but i didn´t get advise or something in my mail.

Btw Uranicus Phalanx is doing fine, we have nooo Bugs of any sort anywhere, just thought I would let you know in case you were on a "fixing" spree. *inches towards the door*

It was sent on the 30th of June at 4:59 pm. Waiting status means that we have replied and are waiting for you to either update the question or accept it as solved. YOu may want to check that your spamfilters haven't eaten the reply and that the email address in RightNow is up to date (note changing your email address in the subs page does not change it in RightNow).
