Transgaming Cedega 4.0

After a bit of testing, Shrouded Isles works well but refuses to load in windowed mode. However it is possible to have a wine desktop window in which the fullscreen client loads in. Trials of Atlantis works nicely in windowed mode, the only problem is that you can't see the names of the characters on the server selection screen! You can click on the characters to load them up, but you can't tell which character is where.

Previous versions I've tried have had problems with controls, however this version works near perfectly.

got to get a certain version of Whine first as the original aint that good thoo i cant find the binaries for the version I want... m3h

Plus the machine that i have running nix has gone down, due to Watercooling problems...

a warning to ppl:
the cvs tree != cedega, its still winex3

also, i downloaded the binaries (n0rty me got em for free) and tried
here's the results:
classic - run in fullscreen, mouse is not working, crashed in ~3minutes of running aroun d
si - run in fullscreen, mouse works, decent speed, crashed in ~10 minutes :/
toa - run in full screen, no char names in menu, after selecting char and pressing play, i get the loading screen, after that i got a black screen and an unresponsive x-server - reset button

The only thing sucking, is that my Radeon 9600 Pro doesnt have drivers yet for XFree86 4.4...

So i will have to wait :/

But soon, verry soon, I can get rid of this demon called windows ....

i would know what are the options and strings to set to play daoc on cedega, any particoular tips??
