What is on 18P not around the going rate?

At CMs in housing it´s like eat or die.

The forum should be like asking around, maybe amuse the people and maybe get some % off.

So now tell me why shouldn´t I ask around a bit and maybe somebody says, ok i´ll give him his ring for a little less then the ridiculous Cm prices on the cluster...

PS: And if you are new to the cluster like me and my guild you are not going to bath in your platins every morning like dagobert duck.
