Darkness Falls Raid @ 24/9/2006 Sunday

Hello all,

I would like to run a Darkness Falls raid and kill Behemoth, as according to the legends he has never been killed and it would be great experience for all of us. I ask all Midgards to be there, we will need huge forces and all brave fighters, casters, seers & stealthship of midgard to kill him.

Basic Information:

Date: 24/9/2006
BG opens: 14:00 GMT
BG moves: 14:30 GMT
BG leader will be: Maxitis-Excalibur (If any change, will be posted).

Note: Everything is depended by who has DF access. I will run a access secure battlegroup to take care of it. If finally we not manage to have DF access DF date will be moved.

Frontier DF access secure battlegroup opens: 12:00 GMT. We better have to have around 2-3 towers more than other realms to be sure that we have access into DF.

Plan: (Mobs will be killed in order)

1. Princess Nahemah
2. Prince Abdin (Midgard prince)
3. Prince Da'Balorien (Albion prince)
4. Prince Assisum (Hibernia prince)
5. Bevathian (Tunnel worm)
6. Lillith the Demon Queen (A monster it has chance to spawn when you kill diamond seals monsters, it's pretty hard monster. Last time she spawned when i was killing some cambions at hibernia side with my group and of course she killed us. Her damage is like 1000 damage per hit and she spawns lillith guardians.)
7. Legion
8. Lord Behemoth (extremely hard monster, probably hardest monster in game that's why it's in Darkness Falls so we can cross our forces with other realms to kill it.)

Groups setup:

Main group: Warrior, Warrior, Thane, Valkyrie, Runemaster, Healer, Healer, Shaman.
Damage group: Warrior, Berserker, Valkyrie/Thane, Spiritmaster, Healer, Healer, Shaman.
Support group: Warrior, Warrior, Skald, Runemaster, Healer, Healer, Healer, Shaman.

Rest of the groups will be formed in this way: 2 seers, 1 shield tank, rest random. (Minumum requirements)

Classes requirements:

Runemasters: Must be suppression mainly, a few darkness runemasters are welcome too for the damage add. Runemasters must also have croco ring for AE pbt.
Warriors: atleast 42 shield spec (preferarbly 50 hammer, 50 shield, 28-31 parry).
Skalds: Must have croco ring for AE songs.

Loots:

A huge amount of diamond seals if everything go well & plenty of demonic items too.

Rules:

Every loot will be lotto'd.
Diamond seals will get lotto'd too in packs of 100 diamond seals.
If someone makes the BG get in danger, it will get removed immediately from the battlegroup.

Your possible questions:

1. Who is Behemoth?

Lord Behemoth is a 99 lvl monster deep in Darkness Falls (according to the legends).

2. Has he ever been killed?

No, according to the legends he has never been killed.

3. What loots does he drop?

None knows, but as Darkness Falls monsters have been increased and level boosted as well as have got loots with (toa caps etc) Behemoth must drop rare, impressive items.

4. What forces do we need to kill slay him?

For sure we need a well organised zerg of midgard around 100 people. Before Darkness Falls monsters level boost he needed like 100 people or more, we hope that he has not been level boosted while he is already 99 lvl (according to the legends). If he has been level boosted, we will need to run a 3 realm raid.

5. How does he look like?

It's a huge monster and looks like a plated fiend (21-31 Midgard Darknesss Falls entrance monsters).

6. Do we have chance to kill him?

To be honest, i don't know. That's why i will run this raid to find out what's going on with him. We don't even know his abilities or if he has got new abilities with the Darkness Falls upgrade.

7. Why do you run a Behemoth raid?

Well, the reason i run this raid is to find out what is really going on with that monster, check his level and investigate its battle abilities. I am also running this raid to find what loots it drops.

I'll try to be there with warrior or savage (if you need me in any of the main groups, just pick either). Both ml10, fully toa'd and CL2-5. Alternatively, I could bring either SM or RM (SM is supp, RM is dark) if either of those fit in your setups - both in really good templates, but not ml10 yet.

I want to come!! Unsure of what to bring, the choices are between a 2h Thane, a Full aug healer, a RC rm and a perfectly good Bow hunter Would gladly be on the secure raid too, hunter got FB.

I am very happy to see that much interest on that raid.

The only thing changes is the order the mobs will be killed.. Legion ports the people to the Behemoth's cave so we will have to engage her and let people get ported to the Behemoth's cave. Behemoth's moves very slowly so a few warriors & healers will just do fine engaging on him until the zerg is ported there. Before we start engaging Legion we will get her down to 5% so she moves slowly and that will make the engaging easier and safer.

More over, for Bevathian and Lillith the Demon Queen i am not sure if we will be able to find them. Bevathian appears and dissappears in the tunnels between princes and Lillith the Demon Queen has a chance to pop when you kill some diamond seals monster. Note that i have been in DF for likes 50 days (/played time) and only once seen her poping.

I suggest brave fighers start logging their toons in DF at 23/6/2006 and help us keep the Darkness Falls access in the Midgard side

I know that the Norrsken alliance has been "warned" about this raid =) So maybe even more than has replyed here may join. Cya on sunday

1) Afaik behemoth hasnt been tried after valks got their cots. try to get enough valks/thanes do help with this job, and hope he is not immune to it.

2) im open to buy all seals what i can, so /tell vav ftw

make that a full mend healer, changed my mind. Although I hear thanes could do the job.. creepy O_O Anywho's leader or somebody gotta tell me what to bring, or Ill sit here all sunday afternoon trying to pick a quicklogin :touch:
