DAOC UI's

I've been watching a fair few DAOC movies and was wondering what UIs people use.

Also, if you have any links or pictures to these, that would be ace. I've been using the default one for a while, used to have a good one but forgot the name and have since rebuilt Hard drive.

Derida
Mxn

Derida was my first UI skin. I was very reluctant to start use one but after I tried out Derida I wouldnt play without really. Have all the features I need and a very easy install package that makes you costumize your personal UI by a very easy step-by-step guide.

if your new to using ui's i would recomend Mxn's go to the rvr section and do a search for mxn ui v4.1 or 5! you will get what you need!

personaly i use ghost but its an aquired taste

Emerikol 1.2 fixed is also a good one. As a healer i enjoy that one.

Agreed, it's the on I use. Didn't like MXN very much, haven't tried Derida's tho.

Derida's ftw

Deridas is no longer supported directly and is currently relying on other people to maintain fixes and patches. I used it for ages, but have decided its time to move on.

I tried a few and I would recommend Emerikol, lots of bells and whistle, lots of additional info (when you find where to click), inbuilt movie screen, great look with everything getting a makeover. Can't infact think of any fault with it.

One thing I would like - rvr zone maps with the region names on them. You know, this thicket, that forest etc etc.

Here's an old screenshot of Derida. I'm still using it, and no plans of changing yet.

Or you can copy+paste all good things you like from all UI's and make your own with which totally fits you.
Here is mine that's basically multiple UI's in one on a base of the Ghost UI.

Derida's all the way tbh and heres a link to a guy whos taken it upon themselves to keep Derida's UI up-to-date..
