Well,

i managed to summon the ML10 Cloak at last.

its Called Cloak of the OutRider.

to summon the cloak, you first need the Chest piece (for me it was RF)

Here

Then you need the Leggings

Here

And a weapon

Here


when you got all pieces, you equip them all, and palce the chest piece in QB and use it like a potion, and you get this



if you take the chest piece or the leggins off the cloak dissapears but the wepon can be removed.

also, when u remove chest/leggins this text comes up, anyone know what its about?

oh and here is the NS version of the cloak.

i aint seen the scale users/cloth users version of the cloak yet (i dont read VN ) anyone gotl inks for em or anything about that wierd text?

oh and cloak also dosnt disspear when u log or anything. and there is no reuse timer on the chest piece to summon the cloak

I take it they all drop in celestius Squal? You spend more time in there than anywhere else atm

Oh and that message seems like a bug, very similar to the crafters quest end message where u pick a reward to make u craft better/faster/etc.

So to sum the bonuses up for a ranger ->


Vest of Purification:

21 Dex
+3 Pierce (or Blades)
+14af
+6 Con cap
+8 Str cap
+2% melee haste
130hp heal proc


Leggings of the Leech:

21 Con
44 Hits
+2 Pierce (or Blades)
+5 fatigue
+22 Str
+7 Dex cap
130hp heal proc


Mephitic Fang:

8% Crush
7% Slash
+3 Pierce
+2% melee damage vs players
+2% style damage vs players
+10 Str cap
40% end heal proc


Cloak of the Outrider:

+2 Recurve Bow
+4 Stealth
+22 Dex
+22 Qui
+56 Hits
Infinite 60% end heal charges, 15 minute re-use timer


Squall, that junk text you got when taking the vest off is from the tradeskill quest, which means Mythic screwed up again I guess it's supposed to say 'the power of greyskull has left you and your cloak does a runner'

just need legs and a wep then :/ i take it for all cloth wearers they need a staff that drops in there

im guessin a caster/healer version would be infinite power regen ability

vnboards posted that the NS teamlead uses a summoned ML10 cloak from 3 armorpieces (not 2, and 1 weap) and it gives a "buffshearing" ability to the nightshade..

cant find the topic anymore though
