NS Blade temp - Easy accessable items. Need inputs :)

Ok. I was planning on making a template with levi ring of the deep and kraken tentacle belt, but they seemd fairly impossible to get my hands on. I put together this with items i already got (or will get when im done with the epic .

Any inputs ? Im CL5 and got the resist line so im no too worried about low cold, energy and spirit.

Yupp.. After some feedback i decided to try and make a Maddening Scalars version of it instead. Naturally some hitscap was lost when i switched item, but then again -> 10\10\10 toa bonuses and the artifact Maddening Scalar

+ 3 more Melee speed
+ 2 more Melee damage
+ Maddenning Scalars proc and wolfmode
- 52 less hits
- End heal proc
