If your account has been closed for no reason, please mail GoA at subscription@goa.com
Include as much information as posible aboute what/when has happend.
Do not however send multiple mails, this will not help. Neither should you expect rapid answers, as it can take multiple weeks for tha GoA staff to fix your problem, and they are not that good at providing any information aboute what is going on.
If any moderators feels like making this a sticky thread, please do, only bit of information a player with this problem has acces to.
and make it closed to, to avoid any whine/flame etc (i know i am guilty in alot of that, but made this thread to help the other players with this problem) while you are at it, if you decide to make it a sticky
