Friky it is worth around that, its a nice sword. Look at the proc,
It might be worth it, eventually, but it's a rather shitty starting bid.

Thats a bit harsh (no its not me buying, i dont know what 55plat looks like) But surely someone who wants an item thats for sale doesnt deserve a ban also.

It was me who bid ... I made the bid before I knew how he got it and as soon as I realised it was "dirty" (and way before your post) I canceled my bid.

Only reason I bid via pm is that this is my Mid FH account and I cba logging my old alb FH account anymore.

So kindly shut the fuck up.

Nah I withdrew my bid ... I don't want an item that others who wanted/needed it could have won fair and square on a raid when the leader clearly stated that none of the drops were to be sold.

To be honest the raidleader's words were :

"Lotto will be FFA, but I will be very upset if I see one of the items on CM's tomorrow."

Not : "If you win an item, you can't sell it"

Holding a class specific lotto and not a FFA one would/could have avoided this.

I agree it's not nice to the people on the raid who could have used it however. But we do live in a capitalist society... even in a game set in fuedal times it seems :(

ps : NO, I didn't bid on the crappy thing, all my alts are fluffy twinked already :p

acturly since he took over a raid at very short notice he did not have time realy to get everything sorted thats inc class percific rolls 50 people all saying a class they wanted to roll for there and then kinda erm........ HARD.

Item won't be sold but used on my own scout once he reaches lvl50 (will still take some time as I'm not pl'ing him, but actually using /freelevel and scoring 1 level each week), as intended by the raid leader. Please don't pm me anymore with offers. Sorry for the misunderstanding...
thanks

I did say that but most people saw the link between 'not putting it on CMs' and 'not selling the item'. I also said before the lotto that I expected people to be nice and not to roll for items they weren't going to use. I don't like class specific lottos for raids where the number of drops is quite low. It's not too bad for places like Sidi where there's a good range of items that drop and everyone will get the chance to roll on something but for ML10 or the dragon it's often the case that a lot of people won't be able to roll at all that way.

I've done 5 dragon rads and 2 ML10 raids recently with class specific lottos and over those 5 raids I was only able to roll for remains and stones as nothing dropped for the classed I specified. As I said before the lotto, most people have alts that can use the items they win so I have no problem with a caster rolling for a tank item for example.

To be fair to Belgochem, he's since PMed me and told me he's canned the auction and put the item on ice for his scout's final template. I am still cross however as there were many people on the raid (myself included) who dearly wanted that item to use right away. I have no 'power' to stop people selling stuff, I can't force you to keep it and if you do sell it then I can't make you undo the trade, it's an honour system and if you break my trust I shan't let you have a second chance.

Belgochem told me he wasn't aware of the rules and missed your instructions. It was his first ML10. It was an understandable misunderstanding.

I was on the raid too. I didn't read the chat during the lotto. It had been a long raid and I was tired. I've done craploads of farm-ML10's and stuck by their lotto rules. And even for me it was possible to miss your instructions entirely and not notice the "lack of rules" in that FFA lotto. Therefore I found nothing wrong with several people around me selling their stuff at that time.

He won the item. He won't sell it now. It will be very useful to him on his new toon.

And we'll all try and pay better attention to instructions in the future, I'm sure... really... I promise... cookie?

Takes a decent player to admit a mistake and to rectify it. I say well done for the change of heart, which was the moral thing to do. I salute you Jooowan
