Nice applet. I myself came up with a formula though. But beware! It is very complex and your brain might pop just by looking at it!

to get started we must first understand a few basics:

and by that we can safely conclude that

gmt = cet - 1h

and ofc after several adjustments, too many to be written down here
also:

cet = gmt + 1h

but for all safety, use the applet! :D
