Anyone else had problems with snatcher encounter this patch? artifact drops, but noone gets encounter. Happened once for me, 7 times for a friend.

Customer support takes a the silent and mysterious approach.

Counter is here on 13 tries and still no credit, jup it's not working as intended indeed.

a guildy had that problem for phoebus harp... we found out he needed to be the Group leader to get credit. Maybe it is the same for this?

Lots of whines on VN about the same issue also. IIRC, if you kill him in a certain form, credit was given, or perhaps it was a certain spot.

One explanation given which sounds reasonable is others had tried the encounter prior to you and put a significant amount of damage onto it.

I got it on first try when he was in plebian form. Got it even to lvl 10 in patch 1.67 xD First on exc I believe =)
