Water what helps to lose weight?!

Was watching GMTV this morning, before i went to work and a story come up about this "revolutionary" water which helps you lose weight.

A guy lost a stone and half just by drinking the water (In 4months?)

Cost' the same as normal tap water, amd tastes exactly the same, but not having tested it, who knows

As I understand it it's something to do with normal tap water having 0 calories and this water having minus calories so the fat joins up to it somehow and you pee it out. Sort of like chemical reactions with electrons and shit.. I think

If you drink cold water (as in chilled) you lose weight because your body has to expend calories heating the water up to body temperature before you can use it.
