Latest patchnotes with cc nerf and pvp :D

Great stuff here CC effects get a diminishing return mechanics (first one 100%, second 50%, third 25%, fourth no effect) if used again within 15 sec on same target. PvP honor system finally implemented. Lots of class balancing - almost every class gets some nerf and some boost (except warrior).

The frost nova nerf is pretty much a non-issue as you can't spam it fast enough for it to be a problem (unless you have a lot of mages). I don't think the CoC nerf is too bad either. Shamans are likely hit harder with the frost shock nerf though, and moving warlock seduce into the fear immunity table will reduce their CC power somewhat. |
