The effects are a little excessive, but how else can you make raids look fun?

.rar isn't a movie type, it's a compressed file similar to .zip.

You can extract the files using WinRar. That should do the trick

BWL episides 1, 2 and 3 by the Empire guild.
Widely regarded as the best editing yet seen in any wow movies. These essentially take each BWL encounter and give it "movie trailer" style - rather than being a guide to how to do it. All done in Sonic Foundry Vegas, in case anyone is curious.
