Require help to confirm something...

not sure if this is a usual error or just one I am experiencing. I got into beta just as the closed beta ended and have been assured that my account is flagged as being a CB one. So ofc I've been trying to log into the servers only for it to hold then a box popup and say that my login credentials are not correct and after 3 attemps re-entering my login+password it then says my logins must be incorrect and to contact customer service and closes the launcher.

Anyone else getting this problem when trying to launch the game?
Would be helpful if someone who had a CB account and one who didn't have one could answer just so I can confirm if my account is flagged as a CB one.

I do not have a CB account. I get the exact same message, but that is most likely because I haven't been able enter an OB-key yet. In other words, it sounds like your account is not valid for OB (yet).
