Yes and noticed someone else got in also who mentioned all the names of the servers. Althought you cant log on to any thats why I tried to delete the thread.

Dont delete as tehre are no clear threads explainign to people what happens as far as I can see.

If you were in closed beta, as I was, you have some chance of getting in as you dont need to worry about the registration crap thats going on.

I was able to get the patcher running, and downloaded a 201 mb patch - rather slowly but not too bad. It crashed a couple of times.

Then I finally did finish patching and the game let me login as far as the server list.

I had a popup telling me one of the realms was low on destruction players and did I want to join it.

I declined, since I wanted to see a full server list.

I then did see the list, all with 0 characters on them, and a message if i try to login to one that says 'the game is closed'

So it seems that anyone desperately trying to register will be doubly disapointed.

If you do manage to get as far as registering, pathing and get to server selections, none of the servers are accepting logins, so playing is currently impossible no matter what you do.

Lovely way to waste people's weekend.

At least on Warhammer Alliance forums Mythic had the curtesy to communicate with its american customers, who are having far fewer problems.

GOA, whatever other excuses it has for the total shambles of today has ZERO excuse not to communicate with its customers and potential customers with an explanation and an update of what they plan to do, rather than leave people pointlessly pressing mouse buttons all day.

Oh there are in total 18 servers, 8 of which are english language. If they are correct about each server having capacity for 10000 people thats 180000 people. If there really are 500,000 trying to get in thats going to cause some issues too I imagine, at least for a while.
