Bleeh
Its hard to judge what your template is like unless you tell us what you intend to use it for and you tell us what procs/uses you have. Your melee combat speed could be higher. You can get 2% from a bp ring and from the dragonslayer quest hauberk. There are a few other pieces with 1% speed.
