His stats are way better and so are his resists and ToA bonusses (though 9/7/9 is ok). s/s would mean the same for him. Note that for parry and evade to cap you need dex/qui 500 combined (according to the grab bag!).
Anyways, for your playstyle i'd recommend getting intel and dex capped aswell as casting spd/range/dmg. All you be doing is snare and kite anyways.

GoLM is not a bad item but you need to build a whole template around it and not just put it in to higher your ToA bonuses, either it's 10/10/10 with GoLM or don't fit it :P.
Focussing too much on AF bonus is bad. 40 AF ~= 4% damage reduction. 1 energy damage proc > that.

well i could get a nice template with 10/10/10 easily (look at the one above). The reason im after a new one is because of the dragon scythe (10% extra ws and a 20% celerity proc). I think its worth gimping a few things for.

Problem with procs is that you can't rely on it, on 10/10/10 you can.
Sometimes something procs 10 times in a row, sometimes not a single time in a fight and I consider fights with chain procs just lol... The WS buff is interesting though, I am trying to get ahold of the Flex version for my Heretic.
