Sacrafice the hits/con trust me, I had a template similar to this on my armsman for Gaheris (PVE server on usa) after awhile testing between 2x templates I went with my second choice which had something like the following stats/ra's (not including racial resists):


Used the following artis also: Battler, Shades, Scalars, GoV

95-100 Str
85-90 Con
101 Dex
80 Quickness
300 Hits
all resists 26% (apart from energy which was 25%)

+11 slash
+11 parry
+11 shield

+16% pve block - (think it was 16%, 10% base pve block from items + greater mythrian)
+10% pve parry - not required but it helps a little

10% melee speed
4% style damage
10% melee damage

Mastery of Blocking 5
Mastery of Parrying 5
Aug Dex 5
AoM 3
MoP 2
Aug STR 1
Det 1

had around 3200 hp at CL10, evil block/parry rate, 2k weap skill, 379 dex.


My advice as a pve whore, don't focus that much on hits get some pve%'s in there.


Edit: on a final note, for a pve shield battler is a 100% must battler > champ weps regardless of the melee resist increase. battler proc is simply amazing in pve.

SCing is extremely easy nowadays, but I see your point this is something that can be thrown together if you have an old warrior with some bp and need a new temp ASAP.

Nah, basicly all the keeps in frontiers are claimed by a boss (they all have diff abilities like some of them constantly AOE power tab, some open portals in which adds pour out of and so on) all of the relic temples have a named boss in example below


Hagatha, starts off as an old woman but when engaged turns into a giant female ogre (looks like Iarnvidur from midgard SI dungeon) hits hard as fuck and summons 1 red-purple add for every person in the temple at the time (200 red-purples hurt ) the other relic temples have other bosses in with some pretty damn evil abilities ranging from constant AOE FZ to constantly spawning hard adds+20 second aoe stunning.

They also drop items like this:

Drops on relic raids on the Gaheris server only.

You gain realm points from turning Glowing Dreaded Seals or Sanguine Dreaded Seals into Seal collectors like 3600 RP per seal but u can get it upto about 5k per seal with guild buff/item bonus.

Sounds easy to gain realm ranks but in all honesty its not unless you have a regular keep taking group.



So to sum it all up the pve server isn't for someone that craves rvr if u just like getting to 50, sc'ing a char and pveing mindlessly (like myself) its perfect, I goto it sometimes when bored with other games or sick of lame ass keep taking groups on rvr servers.

The community itself from Gaheris is really nice... you can pretty much login as a noob to the server and most likely within the first 15-30 minutes find a guild, get a group to power level and even get people throwing items at you left right and center.

Yep, its basicly just like a PVP Server just without the pvp it is alot of fun also. I won't lie to you tho it does get boring after awhile (took a few months before I got bored tho)
