LD every 41 minutes past the hour, every hour :(

I have a wierd problem where I get a spike of red lag on the perf meter at 41 minutes past the hour, every hour, like clockwork. I've been getting it for months, and although the connection often recovered in the past I usually just go LD now with only the occasional lucky recovery. Apart from that I'm lag free

Any ideas what I can do about it?

I ran PingPlotter tonight and sure enough I got a connection nasty at 10:41pm. FH won't let me upload the .png straight so it's attached as a .zip:

12.02 am, every day without fail. id sit at my pc in a darkened room with a smoke and a glass of beer waiting for it to happen. you know the advert, tick follows tock follows tick then wham 12.03am. aol goes down...every fcking day. get rid of cack isp and problem vanishes! if its a consistent problem then contact isp (try not playing daoc for a day and youll prolly still have the problem!)

Used to happen to me too. Every night at 12:15 I'd go LD and so would everyone on my home network. Then I changed the DNS settings of my router to the new ones my ISP provided and it sorted it completely.
