WW2 sims

Have to ask this ridiculous question coz I've been out of the sim loop for ages. I'm after a good WW2 sim (not B-17 mind), coz I'm getting occasionally bored with FPS at the mo'. Heard about this one but is it any good? What else is there?

Any ideas would be most appreciated, coz I don't have a clue.

IL-2 is pretty much the best recent sim.

Jane's World War 2 Fighters - I used to play it religiously.

Fantastic missions, graphics still being up-to-date (game was released four years ago, mind you). Guess you'll have to check ebay to find it, though.

I am still playing it from time to time - Il2 has fantastic graphics, realism... but the mp part is so damn shoddy that it hurts.

Id certainly plump for IL-2 Forgotten Battles as being one of the best and most realistic sims ever.

With the patches, it gives even more so. You also get B-17's, some Japanese Aircraft and the P-47, P-51!
