Well it is being made by Cryptic who made City of Heroes... and as I understand Cryptic sold the writes to COH and COV back over to NCSoft.

I've seen an early-Alpha vid for it, looks awesome... a lot more cartoony than COH/COV though and the abilities are a lot more Marvel superhero like.
