With Christmas Day approaching, the release of the 'Quakemas Map Pack' and no doubt lots of new Quake 4 or Dual Core Processor owners it was time for a major update of the UpsetChaps' Quake 4 guide ( http://ucguides.savagehe.../Quake4/Quake4Guide.htm ).

You guys rule. Cheers for the update req, dunno where half the quakers would be if it werent for the UC guides. They're especially treasured on this release, which has been the most problematic for a while.

You playing q4 atm? I'd really love to be, but it seems to have had such a bad start, that as much as I'd like it to be (and have tried to convince myself it is) 'q3 with nobs on' (particularly the ctf), it just aint :/

I play CTF every night*, once you've a system capable of running it smoothly it's a great game. The 1.1 final patch really does address many of the issues in previous versions and feels a lot smoother =)

*the last few weeks I've been bogged down with work and haven't been able to play as much =(
