Seems rather fake...all the "here look at the tattoo that looks like a perm marker thing", not to mention the angle of the camera.
Then again, plenty of stupid people around.

Reminds me of the idiot who held up a liquor store in the US. As per normal, he decided to buy some booze to initially appear as any other joe public, and he was asked to provide ID to prove he was over 21. He did the heist...and left his drivers licence on the counter
