I'm pretty sure that he is too retarded to use let alone instal metasploit so he can actually do something !

Check the logs from firewall and find his ip then report him to his isp after that he will never play with nmap or any other port scanner again

Report the IP address to your network blokes.. They'll sort him out. Mac would be better.

Try:
[start] - [run]

in the box type "cmd.exe" (without "-thingies)
a black window will appear. type:

tracert 10.95.1.151

followed by enter.

This will result in something like

Tracing route to «COMPUTERNAME» [10.95.1.151]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms  «COMPUTERNAME» [10.95.1.151]

Trace complete.

Sometimes names of computers are very clear, like the hallway and room number or something similar. If so, just knock on his door and tell him to fuck the hell off

Otherwise, if he has pre-SP3 or was it SP2 XP, try

NET SEND «COMPUTERNAME» "Fuck off you ignorant twat. Go bother
someone else before I let your harddrive make funny noises."

(Computername obviously being the name you obtained using tracert

If that doesn't help, it's your choice to read up on hacking, or report him to the sysadmin. The first is more fun. The second probably lets you finish your study

With his IP (10.95.1.151) and his MAC address (00-15-c5-b9-d3-f8) You have all you need to take control over his system.
