Zombie Panic!!

Fantastic mod for half life 1, played it on a 10 player lan and was great fun.
Essentially the teams are humans vs zombies, when a zombie kills a human, that human now turns into a zombie. The game continues until all humans are dead.
Zombies are unarmed but respawn, humans can pick up weapons and have to survive till the timer runs out.

can remember an awesome hl mod involving vampires was awesome if you were a vampire you ran at like x5 speed and jumped well high etc. you couldn't go into sunlighted areas and you didn't have any weaps except claws.

Then the vampire slayers had like x-bows and steaks was awesome game 20 vs 20.

zombie panic is awesome yeah, played it last time I held a LAN.. so much fun. Another sweet mod for LAN's is 'The Ship' that game is hilarious, each player is a person on a cruise ship and every player is assigned another player they must assasinate, you need to talk to people to get to know them and find your target to kill and then kill them without being seen by any other passengers or CCTV, NPC's etc etc..
Loads of cool weapons stab your victim with a syringe full of poison then block the doors so they cannot run to the medical room and watch your friend on the other side of the room going berserk
